Places You Need to Go – Bucharest

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, we’re back with another episode of “Places you Need to go to”. Today we’ll be explaining to you all the reasons you should come to Bucharest, Romania.

First of all, if you’re going there for a business trip, or just want to use the wifi for some odd reason, you’re in luck, because Bucharest ranks within the top 15 countries in the world for highest average wifi speed, averaging in at 97 megabytes a second!

If you’re looking for a place to take some tours and have cheap taxis, once again, we’ve found the place for you. To take a 30-40 minute taxi ride from the airport to downtown Bucharest, you’ll find yourself only having to play $10. Tickets for the underground train are about 67 cents, and you can go as far as you want on the underground. The museums and tours here are also very cheap, with a high of $6 a person.

Some people just want to be tourists, and those people are also going to have a swell time here. The parliament palace in Bucharest houses the Romanian parliament and is the second largest governmental building in the world! The great thing is, you can take a tour of it for just $6 by yourself, and the kids can go for $4. You may have heard of a place called Transylvania, but not really thought it was a real place. Well, you thought wrong. Transylvania is about a 2 hour train ride to Bucharest, in Romania, but don’t worry, vampires aren’t a real thing, so you don’t need to be scared.

We hope this guide of Bucharest helped you notice that you need to go there. See you next time on “Places you Need to go”.
